How do you manage a category 5 hurricane like Grant Cardone all day, every day, 24/7? You need some serious organizational muscle. Sheri Hamilton brings almost 30 years of corporate operational experience to her executive role in Grant Cardone’s Enterprise of companies.

In 2011, Mrs. Hamilton took on the role of Chief Operations Officer for Cardone Training Technologies, Inc, Cardone Capital, Cardone Real Estate Acquisitions and Cardone Enterprises, Inc. In her tenure at the helm, the organization has grown from four properties and a staff of eight, to a thriving venture, with over 140 staff, $1 Billion assets under management and six successfully performing real estate investments funds, a digital TV network, an ad agency, a world-class online sales training university and a bar-setting Entrepreneur/Business Conference, 10XGrowthCon, which in early 2019 sold out the Marlins Stadium with over 30,000 attendees.

As a Vice President and Southeast Regional Operations Manager for JP Morgan Chase for over nine years, she took the operation from inception to over 115 employees, handling the loans from application, through underwriting, closing and post-closing for 21 states in the Southeastern United States. In this role, Mrs. Hamilton had exception and underwriting authority and was proud to hold the highest quality assurance and regulatory compliance ratings in the portfolio of loans her operation center generated. As an example of excellence, she was invited to train new staff in other operation centers in the company’s policies and procedures.

From 2004 to 2008, Mrs. Hamilton built a new mortgage operation center for Option One Mortgage Corporation in Southern California. In this role, she implemented and oversaw all operational and regulatory policies and procedures and grew the operation from inception to 108 staff. Achieving the highest loan quality and compliance ratings, Mrs. Hamilton was often tapped to consult with other operation centers to improve both quality and production.

Transitioning from the 2008 mortgage bust, Sheri found herself working as the right hand to the studio head of a major motion picture studio in Hollywood, CA, traveling the world on movie sets and public relations tours. A Miami local, Sheri is thrilled to be creating opportunities back in her home town. She enjoys a good bike ride, beach walk and spends most of her hours outside the Cardone business world contributing to philanthropic organizations. Sheri has held licenses to pilot a single-engine land plane and broker a real estate transaction. Being Mr. Cardone’s Chief Operating Officer, Sheri has made company success her duty, obligation and responsibility.
